It seems nothing can stop Star Wars: The Force Awakens from dominating the movie galaxy.
The seventh movie in the space saga franchise pulled in a stunning $41.6 million in its fourth week in release, blasting through box office records with a combined take of $812 million, according to Variety.
Landing at No 1 at the weekend box office, it's also the first film to cross the $800 million mark domestically, the showbiz bible reported.

Despite China's reputation for piracy, Disney distribution chief Dave Hollis told Variety that for many Chinese moviegoers, The Force Awakens will be 'the first Star Wars film they’ve ever seen.'
He added: 'We’re very encouraged by the beginning of what should be a very long run and what it represents for the long-term future of the franchise in one of the most important markets in the world.'

The drama, starring Leonardo DiCaprio as a fur trapper on a bloody quest for vengeance in the snowy wastes of the US in the 1820s, is expected to land the actor an Oscar nomination.
'Quality prevails,' said Chris Aronson, Fox’s domestic distribution chief. 'This is a real, reality-based film drawn from true events. It’s a motion picture that was made in the most arduous of circumstances and the end result is just a fantastic achievement.'
