Stars get ready for the Golden Globes and share photos from the process on Instagram

Kate Bosworth got an early start on Sunday.

The 33-year-old Blue Crush actress was the first to share a photo on Instagram from her glam room, where she was preparing to attend for the 73rd Golden Globe Awards.

The blonde knockout shared two photos before having her makeup done. 'In process,' she wrote. The star was photographed by her husband Michael Polish.

Also getting ready for the big night - which is presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association - was Brie Larson, nominated for her role in the film Room.

The 26-year-old newcomer wore a hoodie while sitting on a couch in a hotel room.

In front of her was a Golden Globe cake. 'Chillin with a chocolate Golden Globe. LET'S PARTY,' she wrote in the caption.

The awards show is hosted by Ricky Gervais and is being at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.

The ceremony airs on NBC at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.

The best picture nominations have gone to Carol, Mad Max, The Revenant, Room and Spotlight.
