Teresa will join season seven of RHONJ with Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita as teaser for Giudice's post-prison interview debuts

On Monday it was announced The Real Housewives Of New Jersey is set to return for season seven.

And there are plenty of vets on board, including Teresa Giudice, sister-in-law Melissa Gorga and friend Jacqueline Laurita. Gorga shared a snap of the three of them on Instagram with the caption, 'We're baaaack!'

That same day a new teaser for Giudice's first post-prison sit down with ABC's Good Morning America was shared where the beauty revealed her New Jersey mansion is out of foreclosure.

'I am very excited to be back,' Giudice, 43, told Bravo's The Daily Dish about her return to RHONJ.

'For me, this season is all about letting go of the past and embracing the future. People are calling me Teresa 2.0.' 

The mother of four - she has Gia Gabriella, Milania and Audriana - was let out on December 23 after serving 11 months at the Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut for fraud charges.

Her house arrest ended on Friday. 

Gorga added: 'I can't wait for you to see what we've been up to and how much our kids have grown.'

Teresa looked to be in good spirits as she told Robach in her ABC interview, which will air Tuesday at 7 am EST: '[We're not in] foreclosure any longer, thank you, God. And our restitution's paid off. We're in - thank God - in good shape.' 

'Like a lot of people, the Giudices had fallen behind on their mortgage payments, which then puts the home into foreclosure as a way to protect the bank,' her lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr. told People.

'Fortunately, they were able to pay back the money owed in full and the home is no longer under the threat of foreclosure.'

Their Montville Township, New Jersey, 10,000-square-foot estate slipped into foreclosure in April, according to NJ.com.

They then put the on the market for almost $3m.

'Losing the family home was never an option. Teresa made that very clear to me,' Leonard said. 'There was no way we were going to let that happen. I am very happy it all worked out.'

Her husband, Joe, is set to begin his own 41-month prison sentence in March.
