Dubai is set to break yet another new record this summer with the debut of what is said to be the world's largest indoor theme park.
IMG Worlds of Adventure is set to open its doors in August, offering guests the chance to explore a staggering 1.5 million-square-feet of entertainment space.
The new tourist attraction will provide visitors with an escape from the hot Arabian weather, as the $1billlion (£687million) theme park will be completely enclosed and temperature-controlled.

In total there will be four zones themed as Marvel, Cartoon Network, Lost Valley Dinosaur Adventure and IMG Boulevard rides and amusement attractions
Tickets have already gone on sale for the sprawling destination, which will include four zones themed around Marvel, Cartoon Network, Lost Valley Dinosaur Adventure and IMG Boulevard rides and amusement attractions.
Some of the main rides are centered around popular on-screen characters, such as a 3D-ride based on The Hulk, a spinning roller coaster called Spider-Man Doc Ock’s Revenge and a Thor Thunder Spin ride.
The indoor arena, the size of 26 football pitches, has a capacity for over 30,000 people at a time, and park designers say they anticipate 4.5million guests during their first year in operation.
Prices for adults will be 300AED (£56) and this allows access to 20 signature rides and attractions, including live shows and a 5D cinema experience.

Workers are currently putting the finishing touches to the resort, which aims to 'set Dubai on the map as an international family entertainment hot spot,' according to its website.
Local developer Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group said on Sunday that the desert theme park will open on August 15.
Executive co-chairmen and owners Ilyas Galadari and Mustafa Galadari said: 'As the first international leisure and entertainment destination in Dubai, we have designed an entire world of entertainment for our guests.
'By offering a fully immersive indoor theme park experience in a temperature controlled environment this enables IMG Worlds of Adventure to be open all year round.'

The Lost Valley section features a number of dinosaur-themed rides, including the Velociraptor, a high-speed rollercoaster that hurls riders into speeds of 62 mph in 2.5 seconds
