If you're going to ditch the 9-5, sell-up and spend the rest of your days roaming America, then you may as well do it in style - like the Hendricks family did.
Photographer Joe Hendricks convinced his family - his wife Rhonda and four-year-old son, Austin - to sell their house, cars and most of their possessions and move into an ultra-cool 30ft Airstream. Then roam America indefinitely.
Judging from his stunning photographs, it's working out quite well.

Little Austin had ventured all day when this image was taken, sledding down the White Sands in New Mexico. When sunset came, Hendricks said his son found himself looking for the last bit of untouched sand for one last slide before he went to sleep

Since starting their travels around the US a little over three months ago, the family - who share their journey with their 2,480 followers on Instagram - have so far covered six of 50 states.
Driving from their house in Nashville, their first stop was Savannah. Next they wandered down to Florida Keys, back up to Florida, and then over to Louisiana.

The father said that he was sitting on the US and Mexico border relaxing when he was distracted by a horse that had appeared on the Mexico side to get a drink of water. He said: 'It was a beautiful moment. I had goose bumps while I was taking the picture and couldn't help but think how different life is on the other side of that river'
Dead Lake in Weewahitchka, Florida, was surrounded by a morning fog when Hendricks snapped this image. The photographer claims that the destination is one of the most beautiful places he has seen on his trip so far
They have also now ticked Texas, New Mexico and Arizona off the list.
Hendrix, who photographs both weddings and landscapes, said the reasoning behind the trip was that he wanted to live out his dream of making a living as a professional photographer while travelling America.
He said: 'My wife was sceptical at first. But when we both realised it would be a year and a half before Austin started Kindergarten, she realised it was now or never.
Hendricks said: 'Travelling in an Airstream is one the most amazing experiences ever. This is another shot of us on our way to Big Bend'

The family said that they were exhausted from the drive to Big Bend but were able to pull over and get this breathtaking shot of the Airstream
Hendricks said: 'The sunsets in Big Bend are spectacular. This is the view of our campground while hiking toward the mountain'

'We explained to Austin that we would be seeing huge mountains, big oceans, tall trees and he was sold. Right now, we are just exploring the western half of the U.S.
'If all goes well this year, we may wander through the eastern half next year.
'If you are someone who has ever wanted to live on the road, stop thinking about it and do it.
'Internet is available almost everywhere, there has never been a better time to take your work on the road.'

The family have even visited the Oak Alley Plantation in New Orleans during their trip to explore the United States
This photograph was taken at 6am. Hendricks looked outside the Airstream in the morning and said he saw the 'beautiful fog' that had set around the trees in O'Leno State Park, Florida
