Kris Jenner said she learned to be 'a better friend' after the 1994 murder of her gal pal Nicole Brown Simpson.
The 60-year-old reality star 'beats' herself up for not realising how severe the domestic abuse was between the divorced mother-of-two and her ex-husband O.J. Simpson.
'I saw all the pictures and the police reports, and I heard the tapes of her calling 911, and that was stuff I didn't know anything about [at the time],' the Keeping Up with the Kardashians matriarch told People.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians matriarch told People: 'It's wild that she kept that from us. So I feel bad. I beat myself up because I feel like I wasn't paying attention. Like, "How did I miss this?"' (pictured January 26)

Jenner - born Houghton - later named her daughter Kendall Nicole in memory of the slain blonde.
'I will always feel sick about it - that she didn't really or couldn't tell any of us what was going on,' Kris said.
'I look back on some of that stuff and I go, "Oh, now I get it!" Some things come to my memory and then I realize that's what was going on there.'
