Grateful: Pop star Kesha thanked fans and supporters after a judge denied her request to get out of her Sony contract after the singer alleged she was raped, drugged and abused by producer Dr Luke
'The support I have received has left my face swollen from tears. I love you all so much,' she wrote, adding a heart emoji.
'A statement too large for this format is coming...' she added.
Kesha shared her message to fans as video of a 2011 deposition came to light.
The edited video, published by TMZ and obtained from a Dr Luke source, shows Kesha answering questions about the abuse allegations, which came up when she and Dr Luke were being sued by her ex-manager David Sonenberg of DAS Communications.
However, Kesha's lawyer Mark Geragos claimed to TMZ that Dr Luke forced the pop star to lie under oath and threatened to destroy her career and family.
Legal ordeal: Pop star Kesha arrived at the New York Supreme Court on Friday, where a judge denied her request to end her contract with Sony amid allegations producer Dr Luke drugged and raped her
In the deposition video, a man's voice can be heard questioning Kesha and her mother about the allegations, and the singer denies under oath being roofied or that Dr Luke made 'sexual advances.'
Kesha, 28, is attempting to get out of her Sony contract, saying Dr Luke sexually and emotionally abused her for years. Her request was denied by a New York judge on Friday, prompting outrage from fans and support from other pop stars including Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift and Kelly Clarkson.
The video was recorded on June 16, 2011.
'Did you ever have intimate relations with Gottwald?' a man asks in the video, referring to Dr Luke's real name of Lukasz Gottwald.
'No,' says Kesha, who wears a white shirt and appears calm and relaxed.

Her mother, songwriter Pebe Sebert, is seen being questioned on October 18, 2011. The questions do not relate to whether or not abuse occurred, but rather to a timeline of Pebe's knowledge of the alleged events.
'Were you ever told at any time prior to when you met with David for the first time that Luke had had a sexual relationship of any kind with your daughter?' a man asks.
'No,' she replies.

'Had anyone told you that Gottwald had slipped Kesha a date rape drug?' the lawyer asks.
'No,' she answers.
'Were you told at any time prior to meeting DAS at Chateau Marmont that Luke had given your daughter drugs of any kind?' she's asked.
'No,' she says.
Fight: The Tik Tok singer gave a rare performance in Los Angeles on February 6
The video was recorded when DAS Communications sued Kesha after she fired them in 2008. The company claimed Dr Luke pressured the pop star to cut ties with them.
They were seeking $14 million from Kesha and $12 million from Dr Luke. The case was settled out of court.
However, Kesha's lawyer on Tuesday told the gossip site Dr Luke forced the We R Who We R singer to lie under oath, and that the terrified pop star believed he was powerful enough to carry out his alleged threats.
'Dr Luke repeatedly threatened that if she ever told anyone about these abusive incidents, he would destroy both Ms Sebert and her entire family,' a portion of her lawsuit reads.
'Specifically, after he drugged and raped Ms. Sebert, Dr Luke took her down the beach alone to 'have a talk' with her. He threatened that if she ever mentioned the rape to anyone, he would shut her career down, take away all her publishing and recording rights, and otherwise destroy not only her life but her entire family's lives as well,' the lawsuit reads.
On Monday, Dr Luke, 42, broke his silence on the allegations, denying that he raped or ever had sex with Kesha, and claiming he was being subject to 'trial by Twitter.'
'I didn’t rape Kesha and I have never had sex with her. Kesha and I were friends for many years and she was like my little sister,' he wrote.

Court battle: The producer claimed Kesha had made up the rape allegations to get out of her Sony contract
Creative clash? The producer worked with Kesha for years
'Kesha and I made a lot of songs together and it was often good but there were creative differences at times.
'It’s sad that she would turn a contract negotiation into something so horrendous and untrue.
'I understand why people without all the information are speaking out. I can appreciate their compassion,' wrote Dr. Luke.
'But lives can get ruined when there’s a rush to judgment before all the facts come out. Look what happened at UVA, Duke etc.
'Of course any sane person is against rape and sexual assault but everybody who is commenting is doing so without knowledge or facts.'
