The action begins with the first heat of the women's race, followed by the men's two-man opening heat at 1 p.m. ET. The second and final heat for the women goes at 2:15 p.m., followed by the conclusion of the men's race at 3:15 p.m.

On Saturday, catch the four-man race live at 9 a.m. ET. There's an interesting plot to follow here as Canada's Kaillie Humphries, the leader in the women's World Cup standings, will be piloting an all-female crew against men's teams, including the one steered by top Canadian Justin Kripps.
