But on Thursday evening the 35-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star gave fans a look at her post-baby self in a live stream video for kimkardashianwest.com.
'My boobs look enormous, which they are,' the reality diva said.

This comes just after Kim shared a video with Caitlyn - though Kim could not be seen because she was behind the camera - where she revealed she weighed 190 pounds just before the birth of Saint.
She also explained she had already lost 17 pounds in just 10 days.

The mother of two wore her long raven locks in a braid that went down the side of her shoulder.
And in standard Kim fashion, she was fully made up with pink lipstick and black eyeliner with layers of mascara.
Kim also took the time to support Kylie Jenner‘s Dolce K Lip Kit.
On Wednesday UsWeekly also reported Kim would travel with her husband Kanye West to Israel to baptize their new son, just as they did with daughter North in April.
The site added that she would not be out in public much till then.
