And the invite also included the No Doubt front-woman's three sons Kingston, nine, Zuma, seven, and Apollo, 21 months.
It is not known yet if the 46-year-old Holla Back singer has taken up Blake's offer to spend the holiday at his beloved 1200-acre ranch outside Tishomingo.
Gwen has already had a chance to see the singer's home state, having gone for a quick visit last month right before they confirmed they were dating.
'In her element' Though she was hesitant to get back into dating, Miranda will be turning to her music to get through the split, as she says she feels 'playing music is sort of where I feel like I belong and that makes me feel sexy'

'I had a great relationship with an amazing man,' she gushed, adding: 'So I know what good is. I have a great launching pad for the future. I will never take that for granted.'
She is, however, happy to turn to her music, which is when she feels the sexiest, she says, as she is 'in her element.'
Home sweet home: The star recently revealed that she would be spending her first Thanksgiving after the split at home in Texas (pictured with her mother, Beverly Hughes, in 2012)
'It doesn't really matter what I'm wearing necessarily or where I'm at, just on stage with my band playing music is sort of where I feel like I belong and that makes me feel sexy.'
Meanwhile, the blonde beauty has revealed she will be spending Thanksgiving at her parents' home in Texas.
She arrived home to find a sweet welcome package from her mother Beverly Hughes and shared a photo of the moment on Instagram on Wednesday.
