Much has changed for Canadian Adam Kreek since winning Olympic gold in men's eight rowing in Beijing in 2008. Years later, he has become a husband and father who spends more time behind a desk than in a racing scull.
The 34-year-old, who now works as a corporate trainer and storyteller, has also joined CBC Sports as a columnist.
