Fans of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have watched as Yolanda Foster has battled Lyme disease and searched for a cure for her illness.
And on Tuesdays episode the 52-year-old finally took her first walk for what she says was nine months.
As she was seen leaving her house to stroll along the beach with Erika Giradi, she could be seenn screaming: 'I'm alive!'
Feeling better: Yolanda Foster walked along the beach with Erika after her recent major surgery on Tuesday's episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
'Just a few weeks ago I was going into surgery not knowing if I was going to make it through all of that, and here I am today, feeling the sand on my feet and the sun on my skin and it's just - life is beautiful,' she recalled of the moment.
However, her joy was short-lived when Erika told them that the gossip about her sickness was now not just about her but also about her kids, Bella and Anwar Hadid
Telling her that she heard 'a little talk that Bella and Anwar do not have Lyme,' Yolanda was left open-mouthed with shock before replying: 'Oh my God are you kidding? Did they say that? That is insane.'
Out and about: Erika was told by Yolanda that it was her first walk in nine months
Told that Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards had been chatting about it, Yolanda said: 'Oh my God. That is just shocking. Like, it doesn't bother me about me - but to say that about my children?'
'And Lisa always goes like, “Oh I love your children, I've known your children since they were little” - and then they put that out in the universe? Oh my God.
'You would think that people would come closer to you and offer, you know, a helping hand.'
Helping hand: Yolanda wondered why her friends chose to talk behind her back instead of offering help
She added later to camera: 'I wish they would use their energy, that they're wasting on talking about me, use it to come and take care of me.'
The gossip about her kids came on top of her finding out Lisa Rinna had also chatted about her possibly making up her illness.
'Lisa Rinna talking about my illness behind my back is despicable,' she insisted.
Showing support: Erika has been a solid friend to Yolanda as she struggles with Lyme disease
'It's really a doubt to my integrity as a woman.'
She asked Erika: 'Who in the world has three-and-a-half years to fake to be sick? Are you kidding me? For what?
'Go tell people I'm a bitch, whatever, but don't go that low to discredit somebody's disease. It's an insult.'
That's low: Yolanda made it clear that she was offended by people questioning her illness
Lisa Rinna did, however, try to make right with Yolanda, visiting her at home to confess to her conversations and apologize.
He nerves were clear, with her admitting: 'Yolanda for me is not an easy person to talk to. I am not super comfortable. So this is really hard for me.'
Telling Yolanda that she wanted 'to be honest because I don't feel good about a few things,' she then called herself 'impulsive' and 'a stupid a**hole' who is 'working hard on not being that.'
Working hard: Lisa Rinna confessed to questioning Yolanda's illness behind her back
She then told her: 'Somebody came to me with a word that I didn't know what it meant, and thought that this is what you had. Called Munchausen's. It's when somebody says that they're sick but they're not. It says that you're not really sick but you make yourself sick.'
Insisting she 'felt bad for even hearing it' and 'told Lisa and Eileen and Kyle about it because it had just happened.'
'I'm feeling like I'm the biggest piece of s*** on the planet,' Lisa said of her confession. 'That I would ever question, talk - shoot me now.'
Tok it well: Yolanda heard Lisa out and told her that nobody's perfect
However, Yolanda insisted that 'we're all far from perfect,' and Lisa insisted she has no doubts about the seriousness of her friend's illness.
'You've been through a lot - you've been through f***ing hell,' she told her.
Lisa had first gone to visit Erika for advice on approaching Yolanda - but ended up being stunned at her amazing home, calling it 'exquisite' and 'old money done right.'
Candid conversation: Lisa approached Erika first before coming clean with Yolanda
'It makes Lisa Vanderpump's house look like a disco,' she insisted.
Her admiration soon turned to shock when Erika took her to her favorite place in the house her very own chapel, with decorative arches and religious art throughout.
'Holy cow this is so crazy,' Lisa said. 'Crazy great.'
Getting spiritual: Erika has a chapel in her luxurious home in Pasadena, California
'I built the chapel because I collect religious art,' Erika explained.
'I didn't want to have another pointless room, so I thought what could I do to make a space that would be spiritual and relaxing and pretty,' Erika said.
'This is a first for me,' Lisa admitted. 'And we all know I've been around a long time, I've seen a lot of things … I've done a lot of things.'
Religious art: The chapel was created as a place for Erika's collection of religious art
