The IBSF skeleton World Cup circuit returns to Canada this week, and you can watch the women's and men's races from Whistler, B.C., live by clicking on the video player above.

The action on the Vancouver Olympics track begins Friday at 5 p.m. ET with the women's competition, where rising Canadian Jane Channell is coming off her second podium finish of the season — and her career — last week in Park City, Utah. The North Vancouver native will be looking to move up from third place in the World Cup season standings.

On Saturday, watch the men's race live at 1 p.m. ET. The top Canadian is Dave Greszczyszyn, who sits eighth in the World Cup chase.

Catch more skeleton and bobsleigh coverage from Whistler on our Road to the Olympic Games show on Saturday at 4 p.m. ET on CBCSports.ca and CBC Television.
