No luck for Leafs in Florida; Flames' Dennis Wideman creates a stir

Two Canadian teams were in action on the last night of games before the NHL All-Star break.
Here's a quick look at how they fared:
Leafs limp into break
Perhaps some time off will be good for the Toronto Maple Leafs after suffering a 1-0 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning.
It was the second defeat in as many nights for the Buds in the Sunshine State.
The Leafs will now have until Feb. 2, Groundhog Day nonetheless, to think about their 1-7-2 mark over the past 10 games.
Flames' Wideman in hot water
The Nashville Predators ended their perfect road trip with a 2-1 victory over the Flames, but it was Calgary defenceman Dennis Wideman who drew attention after checking a referee from behind.
Shea Weber scored the game-winner on the power play in the second period, while Flames captain Mark Giordano's third- period goal fell short of sparking his team's comeback attempt.
