Holly Madison is expecting her second child with husband Pasquale Rotella.

The 36-year-old former Playboy model confirmed the news with People on Friday. The blonde bombshell also revealed she is three months along.

The couple already has a daughter Rainbow Aurora, aged two.

 'I’m so excited,' said the beauty. 'This time I know what to expect a little bit more. [That] makes it even more enjoyable!'

The Girls Next Door vet does not yet know the sex of her baby.

'I’m kind of feeling the boy vibe. We’ll see how psychic I am!' the ex of Hugh Hefner added.

On Wednesday the former E! star showed off a bit of a bump when she was at the opening of Jennifer Lopez's new show All I Have at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

Wearing a low cut black dress and showing off plenty of cleavage, the performer looked rounder than usual.
