That awkward moment when you criticise someone for not speaking your language but you can't speak theirs.
Bethenny Frankel caused a Twitter storm on Friday when she ranted about Kmart employees who 'speak no English whatsoever'.
The 45-year-old Real Housewives Of New York star was apparently frustrated at how long she'd been left queuing in the discount mega-retailer while trying to purchase shoes for her daughter.

'Wow @Kmart has 2 registers open w 5 other employees standing around & two speak no English whatsoever. Shoes are sapatos right?' she tweeted.
She followed it up with: 'Not even attempting kids' snow boots in spanish'.
However her sarky post quickly called out by many followers who pointed out that, in fact, 'shoes' in Spanish are actually 'zapatos'.
The rest of the the responses to the tweet were largely divided into three groups: those who agreed with her; those who though it was racist; and those who couldn't believe the multimillionaire Skinny Girl founder was shopping in Kmart.

Angry: Many followers accused the 45-year-old of being racist
'wow bethenny never took you as a racist, guess your are voting trump,' one follower wrote. '@Kmart not cool @Bethenny expect more from you stay classy,' tweeted another.
'@Bethenny looks like my skinny girl wine is going in trash,' wrote a third. 'This Spanish speaker can say "te la metes por el culo puta!" U lost a customer.'
However some of her 1.5million followers completely agreed with her.
'non speaking could stock shelves, bag purchases & clean, dislike when employees hang out n chat,' suggested one.
You're where? The image of the multimillionaire Skinny Girl founder shopping at the discount store tickled was the big surprise for some of her followers

'your right about the shoe thing,' wrote another, whose grip on English seemed just as tenuous. 'As far as speaking Spanish believe me they do speak English at when they have to.'
'yell "immigration!!"' a third advised.
But the image of the reality star - who sold her cocktail company for millions of dollars in 2011 - shopping at Kmart was the bigger issue for some followers.
'Um where are you? There is a KMart in NYC? Why are you in a KMart?' one asked. 'Don't you have an unpaid intern for this? #mindblown'
Competition: A lot of responders where bemused by her choice of store
