Michael Lohan is strictly against the use of handcuffs in the bedroom.
Lindsay Lohan's dad has applied to have the restraining order his wife Kate took out against him so they can hook up.
According to TMZ, the estranged couple have been seeing each other again, but 55-year-old Michael is in fear of being arrested.

His 33-year-old second wife of just one year took out the order last month when she 'feared for her safety'.
But TMZ's sources claim the mother-of-two has been calling and texting him ever since, and has been sneaking to the hotel he is stating at for late night trysts.
Meanwhile their two children - Landon, two, and one-year-old Logan - are living with Kate's mother, who was granted temporary guardianship.

Both boys were taken from their parent's care last month after a video emerged of them having a blowout fight right in front of them.
After the Department of Familes and Children intervened, they are only allowed supervised visits, and were also ordered to take anger management classes.
Breaching restraining orders is nothing new for Lohan: After being arrested in 2011 for suspected domestic violence against his then-girlfriend, he was re-arrested hours later after attempting to contact her by phone.

Kate, a former showbiz reporter, is no stranger to the law either: In April she was arrested for 'drunkenly attacking' Michael at their Florida home.
Two weeks ago she was detained by police after being removed from a plane in New Orleans, appearing 'wasted' and threatening flight attendants and fellow passengers as she was headed to a 30 day stint in rehab, TMZ reported at the time.
Michael is the father of seven children, including Lindsay and Ali Lohan with ex-wife Dina.
