But Kylie Jenner, 18, revealed that growing up with her father, Bruce was upsetting because there was always a 'huge secret in the family.'
Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kylie confessed she enjoys life with Cailtyn more now stating, 'I like her better than Bruce.'

Daytime talk show host, Ellen DeGeneres asked the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star what it's been like dealing with the transitioning of her dad.
'It was the only thing I really bottled in,' she admitted.
'I don’t bottle in a lot of things and I feel like my family was a little upset about that but I got through it and now I almost, I like it a lot better honestly.'

'I feel like there was always this big secret,' Jenner admitted.
She told Ellen that Caitlyn is finally being honest with herself and she stated, 'Now I feel like we hang out a lot more there’s no secrets.'
The reality star divulged that she and Caitlyn share more bonding time together now where they discuss topics including make-up and clothes.
Jenner also disclosed that she and her older sister, Kendall, 20, caught Bruce dressing in women's clothing when they were children.

Kylie explained it seemed to be a taboo subject and while they knew what they had seen, it was never discussed.
However, the teen socialite said she is happy for Cailtyn and feels better now that the whole family can be open and honest.
'She’s really living her authentic true self and I feel like that’s awesome,' Kylie proudly stated.

Jenner announced that she wants to be a role model for people her age in similar situations: 'I want to be someone from my generation to be an example because I think that’s so awesome.'
'I think that other girls and boys my age will maybe see that I’m so accepting and be accepting of other people too.'
